Accounts & access

Users are responsible for account security and API key usage.

  • Use accurate registration details and keep credentials, API keys, and payment methods secure.
  • Do not share API keys publicly, resell access outside URAPIS, or bypass gateway controls.
  • URAPIS may suspend access for fraud, abuse, unpaid usage, unresolved price-change consent, or security risk.

Billing, wallet & subscriptions

Usage-based products are prepaid and charged from the URAPIS Wallet.

  • Pay-per-use and tiers requests are charged before the gateway forwards an eligible request.
  • Monthly plans use the locked subscription price and renewal terms shown at purchase time.
  • Wallet top-ups are credited after payment provider confirmation. Failed or abandoned top-ups do not increase balance.
  • Provider price increases or structural tier changes require consumer consent and a 7x24 hour cooling-off period when there are active subscribers.

API availability & provider content

Providers own API behavior and documentation, while URAPIS operates the marketplace and gateway.

  • Providers must keep product descriptions, endpoints, quotas, pricing, and support information accurate.
  • URAPIS may remove or pause products that are unlawful, misleading, unsafe, or repeatedly unreliable.
  • Consumers should validate API suitability before using it in production-critical flows.

Limitations

Marketplace services are provided with reasonable care but without unlimited liability.

  • URAPIS is not responsible for consumer misuse, provider data inaccuracies, upstream API outages, or third-party payment network failures beyond URAPIS control.
  • Nothing here limits consumer protection rights required by applicable Indonesian law.
